How long is the drive from Singapore to JB?
Usually 45 to 75 minutes depending on the Causeway queue. Our drivers monitor live conditions and use Woodlands or Tuas Second Link — whichever is faster. Many customers beat GPS estimates by 30–40 minutes.
Do you operate 24 hours and on public holidays?
Yes — we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all Singapore and Malaysian public holidays. No extra surge charge at any time.
What documents do I need to cross into Malaysia?
Singapore citizens and PRs can use NRIC or passport. All foreign visitors need a valid passport. Your driver will guide you through checkpoint procedures.
How do I pay?
We accept PayNow, cash (SGD or MYR) and bank transfer. Payment details are confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp. No online payment commission charged.
Is there a night surcharge?
A S$10 night surcharge applies for trips between 12am and 5am. This is the only additional fee — no weekend, holiday or peak-hour surcharges.
Can I book from Malaysia/JB to Singapore?
Yes! We serve both directions. We pick up from anywhere in JB or Malaysia and drop off anywhere in Singapore — same fixed fares, same great service. Just WhatsApp us to book.
What is the cancellation policy?
